And it was close to be "done" when I found the project. I supported the game because it was supposed to never be on EA. But all mentions to that mess is pretty much covered. I managed to scroll down enough to get an answer on comments from one of the devs stating the game was being fully released.

I think it's just not showing on Sun Down because the genre is not as popular for thei audience they have)Īs of today, all the posts I'm mentioning on this (The never on EA and the "the game is almost finished") are gone from kickstarter. (Althought I'd say they have a very supportive and dedicated fanbase that will make up for that at this point, at least in Sun Haven. I'm not sure what you're looking for, but I'm going to talk from my experience since I come from the Sun Haven kickstarter and I feel in my experience this game started with the wrong foot, and never really recovered. (And in a more literal sense, whatever work was done to make Sun Down, could've and probably should've been spend on Sun Haven.) At least, without any further explanation. To put it simple, to me, Sun Down takes value away from Sun Haven. The problem isn't the existence of this 2nd game, as it seems to fit in quite nicely, it's the fact it was fully released (With mixed reviews) before this left early access.
SUN HAVEN SWITCH PRICE FULL
So, before jumping to further assumptions here, would anyone like to provide the full story? As right now, Sun Down is just a stain to Sun Haven, to me personally, and it sends different potential scenarios through my mind, including that the devs don't trust their own product enough. (Pretty sure either game STILL has performance issues, among other things) (Wildcard no longer shows up as developer of Citadel, cant be arsed to figure out what truths are attempted to be hidden by that move, but suffice to say things do NOT add up here.) I remember when ARK was in a horrible early access state, while meanwhile releasing Citadel (And plenty other questionable decisions during development) and thus providing undeniable evidence that resources are split and responsible for the questionable state of either game. Even for a large one, I couldn't agree more.

For such a small studio, I couldn't agree more. Except, when reading the reviews, is it really off-topic? They argue the idea that releasing a 2nd game while the 1st game is still in Early Access is a no-no.
